Registration BRĂTILEŞTI BOULDERING FESTIVAL 2026

September 3–6 | Brătilești, Buzău

Brătilești Bouldering Festival returns from September 3–6, 2026! 4 days of quality climbing on sandstone, great people and an area that grows beautifully from year to year await you. Participation is based on a donation to the Brătilești Sports Club Association, and all funds directly support the development of the area, the cleaning and maintenance of the blocks, the opening of new routes and the organization of the festival.

💛 RECOMMENDED DONATIONS

Choose the threshold that suits you and register early to get the best offer:

🟡 Early (Until July 1) | 150 RON

🔵 Standard | 200 RON

⚫ On-site | 250 RON

📦 What does participation include (Kit & Facilities):

Festival kit: access bracelet + goodies.
Shared food: at least one evening with food at the cauldron.
Access to activities: participation in Climb & Win, access to the competition, morning yoga and evening campfire.
Camping included: access to the dedicated camping area.
Ticket to the raffle with prizes.

🧾 HOW TO REGISTER & HOW TO PAY (Step by step)

For your registration to be successfully validated, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form

Each participant must fill out the form individually.

2. Write down the codes you received

After submitting the form, you will receive on the screen and by email:

YOUR UNIQUE participant CODE (ex: BBF2026-023)

QR access CODE

Bank details for transfer (IBAN / Revolut)

3. Make the donation

Transfer the corresponding amount to the association's account.

⚠️ In the transfer/payment details, it is mandatory to write only YOUR UNIQUE CODE (ex: BBF2026-023). Without this code, we cannot associate the payment with your registration!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL

Without the unique code entered in the payment details, we cannot validate your registration.

At check-in (at the festival), you will need to present the QR code received upon registration to pick up your wristband and participation kit. Save it on your phone or in your email!

🏕️ ACCOMMODATION & LOGISTICS

Camping in the festival area: Delimited area, eco-friendly toilets, limited water (come prepared with supplies). Alternative accommodation: Pensions and guesthouses in Brătilești, Lopătari or Pârscov.

Volume contest: Routes for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Yoga in the morning for a proper warm-up.

Respect nature and the locals.
Leave no trash behind (Leave No Trace).
Park responsibly, without blocking the roads.
Climbing is done at your own risk.

🤝 ABOUT THE PROJECT

BBF is built by the community, for the community. The Brătilești area has been developing for over 10 years exclusively through volunteer work, topo creation and constant involvement. Any donation from you goes directly back into the rock.
